What is your return policy and quality guarantee?

This article outlines the quality guarantee and return policy for orders. It covers what is covered by the quality guarantee, how to report an issue with an order, what happens when an order is lost in transit, and what options are available for returned orders.



 

Return

Eligibility Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any tags, labels, or accompanying accessories must remain intact.

Non-returnable Items: Certain items like personalized products or final sale items may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for further details.

• Unboxing Video: For any claim of defective or incorrect items, we require an unboxing video as proof to verify that the error is from our end. Without this video, we may be unable to process your return.

 

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. If the payment was made via store credit or gift card, the refund will be issued back to your store account as credit.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error).

Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

 




 

Returned to Sender

For orders that are returned to the sender, please (no later than 30 days from the estimated delivery date) get in touch with us so that we can report the problem and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order. This way, you will only pay again for the shipping of the order.

 

Orders may be returned to the sender for the following reasons:

  • Wrong Address: If you or your end customer provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

  • Rejected by the Recipient: If your customer rejects the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely.

    • Unclaimed: If your customer is not able to receive their order at the address, the shipments may be available for pick up at their local post office or carrier pick-up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. For these cases, please send a mail at shop.mudugamu@gmail.com and get in touch with us so that we can report the problem and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order (you will still have to pay for the shipping costs).

 



Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at - shop.mudugamu@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

How to Exchange: To exchange your item, ship the product back to us with the original packaging, and we’ll send out the replacement upon receipt and inspection of the item.

Unboxing Video: Similar to returns, an unboxing video is required to process any exchange request for damaged or defective items.


Sale Items

• Sale items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for sale items.


Return Process

2. Provide the unboxing video for defective or incorrect items.

3. Ship your item to the address provided in our return confirmation email.

4. Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will notify you of your refund or exchange status.
